CM Field Services provides property preservation, maintenance, securing, lawn care, debris removal, winterization, trash-outs, and property condition assessments. All services are performed in accordance with agreed work orders, applicable local ordinances, and industry guidelines.
Clients ordering field services warrant that they possess legal authority to grant access to the specified properties for inspections, preservation, and repair work. CM Field Services operates as an independent contractor based upon client instructions.
In no event shall CM Field Services, its technicians, or representatives be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen pre-existing structural defects or adverse weather conditions beyond reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
